We now conclude our streak of top 10 lists with the final top 10 list, Top 10 best music we’ve reviewed in 2016.
Earlier, we wrapped up 2016 with the top 10 worst music we’ve reviewed in 2016. While that is a list artist do not want to be on, this list es exactly the opposite. This is the best music we’ve heard in 2016. Our yearly tradition continues as we count down the best music we’ve hear last year. It’s a tradition that started in 2014, continued into 2015, and will continue right now!
10. A.T.P. – Driftations (Marninx Dedicated Mix)
[Commercial]
An impressive melody made this track a fantastic thing to hear. The arpeggio capitalized on the melody and added an element of raw sound power. This track which features excellent elements truly deserved to make this list.

9. Nic Chagall – What You Need (Original Extended)
[Commercial]
While what you need may mean nothing for Nic, this track certainly needs to be on this list. Fantastic lyrics, great guitars, and excellent acoustic sounds are just part of what makes this track excellent.

8. Hellsystem – Gladiators
[Commercial]
A great gabber hardcore track that features both great synth elements and great orchestral elements. The powerful orchestral elements were a really nice touch. The gladiator theme helped give this track the bonus points for creativity to push one over the top.

7. Outblast & Angerfist – The Dominators 2009 Refix
[Commercial]
Another hardcore track. This one took the risk of using a disclaimer at the beginning and managed to make it work very well. With an interesting melody and great voice samples, this track is nothing but hardcore excellence.

6. Vision84 – Highway Central (Nitrous Oxide Remix)
[Commercial]
The list goes back to trance. This one utilizes a mesmerizing sliding melody and an amazing secondary melody to turn this into one heck of an awesome listening experience. The way the track flowed was nothing short of masterful.

5. Reconceal & Andy Blueman – The World to Come (Andy Blueman Mix)
[Commercial]
This track utilizes stunning orchestral elements and mixes it into fantastic trance music. This track is truly breathtaking.

4. Tritonal feat. Soto – Let Solitude (Air Up There Mix)
[Commercial]
Sometimes, vocal trance ends up being the best trance. This track contains incredible vocals and great vocals. If that weren’t enough, this track also features a constantly evolving melody that makes it incredibly addicting.

3. Toby Emerson – Can You Feel the Music (Melt Your Face Off Mix)
[Commercial]
The only house track to make the list, but how can you argue when it made the top 3 this year? While this track features a title that makes you cringe at the possible cliches that may be buried within, the cliche worries melt away as you get treated to some seriously powerful synth and amazing sound. What sets this track apart was the fantastic flow in which it builds up into one incredible climax.

2. Andy Blueman – Sea Tides (Original Mix)
[Commercial]
Another trance track that masterfully combines amazing trance sound and stunning orchestral elements. The raw emotion that just drips from this track makes this track an amazing listening experience.

1. Kristoff – Push On (Kristoff’s Push Harder Remix)
[Commercial]
This years track of the year goes to the only track that managed to earn a perfect score. This track is an incredibly high energy track which features adrenaline fueled melodies that makes you want to break the sound barrier. This track completely blew me away with it’s stunningly excellent sound. A track with huge “wow” factors all around.

Honorable Mention
While that concludes the top 10 list, there was one track that does seriously deserve an honorable mention. It didn’t quite make the top 10, but it came so incredibly close, it was hard to decide which track was to make the list this year.
Lange Vs. Gareth Emery – Another Me, Another You (Original Mix) (Commercial) A track that boasts multiple great basslines, interesting rhythm, enchanting voice samples, and great melodies, this is one catchy track.
