Announcement: The April 2022 Wiki Content Patch

We now take a look at what we’ve added to the Wiki over the last month. This is for the month of April.

Last month, I released the March Wiki content patch. Compared to a number of previous months, that was a massive update. It filled out two really large episodes and got the back archive for the Future Sound of Egypt completed all the way up to episode 501. So, loads of new content was added last month.

This month, we managed to get another decent chunk of work completed. The aforementioned archive is now complete up to episode 550. Now, episode 550 is also a really large special episode, so it was inherently going to take a fair bit to complete. Well, I did actually manage to get a nice chunk of that special posted, so there is a decent amount of content on there already.

Probably the most exciting thing for me in getting this far is knowing that after this current episode, there are only two large specials left (600 and 650). Every other remaining episode is a smaller episode. So, although there is still a sizable chunk of work left to do, we are finally starting to get close to the end of this massive archive project.

When I started this project more than a year ago, I thought that I’ll probably spend some 6 to 8 months working on this before moving on to the next project. Suffice to say, this project has taken me a lot longer than originally anticipated. I’d really like to get this one done so I can move forward with other exciting projects. Still, judging by the statistics, I made a very good decision to archive this show despite the overwhelming size of it. So, I plan on forging ahead with this one and keep going until I can finally say it’s done.

Also thrown into this patch is the latest episodes for The Future Sound of Egypt, Fables, Resonation, the V Recordings Podcast, and the Random Movement Podcast.

A lot of additional goodies this month for you, so I hope you enjoy this update. Also looking forward to adding even more content in the future as well!

Have fun!
