It’s a new year, so I’ve decided to expand my horizons yet again. This time, I decided to showcase my brand new console, the Nintendo Switch.

I’ve also decided to do something a little different for this channel. Since unlike the previous consoles, I bought this brand new, I decided to take up the opportunity to do an unboxing video as well. I’ve never done any unboxing video’s, nor did I showcase something before like this, this ended up being a bit of a new experience for me.

One thing I will note is the fact that this console came with a card containing serial numbers or both a game and 3 months of online service. I didn’t want this to be exposed to the camera at all, hence why some of the opening involved me moving slightly off camera. As it turns out, I had no reason to worry as both were protected by a scratch off barrier anyway. I had no idea about that, but otherwise, I tried to keep things in camera view.

I plan on coming back next week to do the more standard video where I talk about the previous console I showed off and offer my thoughts on this console as well.

Also, in case you were wondering, no I didn’t get a slightly smaller console somehow. My hands just make things look smaller because they happen to be, well, larger than most people’s hands.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy this video as it’s a new experiment for the channel.

This video is part of our first impression video series. Below is a list of 50 of the previously made first impression video’s we’ve made in the past:
