Welcome to the 170th instalment of our first impression video series. Today, we are playing the Playstation 3 game, Ratchet & clank: All 4 One for the first time. You can check out the video directly on YouTube or in the embed below:
Our adventure through the Ratchet & Clank series continues with All 4 One. I didn’t exactly know what I was getting into with this one, but this one appears to be trying to utilize a coop system, though still being accessible for single player gaming as well. It definitely affected how the game played and that’s exactly what you’ll see in the video.
I’m personally unsure that this is something that would make this game more interesting, but it certainly is a different take. I know that I’ll be working on this game and getting further at some point to see if it is something that one can get used to at least, though.
What did you think of this game? Did you think this style of game added something interesting to the overall feel to the general formula or did the coop style end up getting in the way of the gameplay for you?
For those who have played other games in the series, but not this one, what did yo think of what you saw in the video? Does this look like something you might be interested in or does the coop play make you think this might be a setback to the series?
Also, for those who haven’t played any of the Ratchet & Clank games, what did you think of this game? Does this look like an interesting kind of game to you or does this look like something you would rather overlook? Let us know in the comments below!
