First Impression: Tetris Evolution (XBox 360)

Welcome to the 83rd instalment of our first impression video series. Today, we are playing the XBox 360 game, Tetris Evolution for the first time. You can check out the video directly on YouTube or in the embed below:

One thing to note about this video. As it turns out, level 15 is the highest level of the Marathon mode. Shortly after I stopped the recording, I polished off those last 10 lines and beat the game in that mode. With that said, there are other game modes to be had in this game, but what you did see was apparently the maximum fall speed in a default setting Marathon game. I had no idea as I hadn’t played this game before, but it makes sense given that instalments released close to this time also set level 15 as the maximum level.

With that said, what did you think of this game? Was it a decent game with all the expected features or did you expect to see more from a Tetris game?
