This review covers the progressive trance track Airwave Pres. Lolo – Travel the World in 10 Minutes (Original Mix).
This track was released in 2011 along with 6 other versions.
The track starts off with a rather peculiar experimental portion which consists of a automated filtered synth sound. It then gets things going with various sounds including a wah guitar.
The main melody starts shortly after the breakdown. It’s a pretty good melody that, while short, is constantly evolving. There is a second breakdown before the main melody returns again with a slightly different sound.
One thing that was nice is the fact that the final melody loop ends with an extra sound. This gave a nice finale to the melody before the breakdown.
This track does a very good job at hitting that uplifting emotion. While it may be a little bit stretched out, it still works as a track.
Overall, this was a very good track. It has nice vibes, a great melody that constantly evolves, and other added effects that rounds things out nicely. While it may be a little bit stretched out, this track still gets a thumbs up from me.
