This review covers the progressive trance track DJ Eco – Questionmark (Original Mix).
This track was released in 2009 and is also stylized as “? (Original Mix)”. This track was released with the Sebastian Brandt Remix.
The track features a rather interesting melody throughout. The melody hits a number of higher notes and gives the track a sense of mystery to it.
The dreamy choir sounds also adds to the mystery sounds throughout. The choirs are definitely way far back into the track and is mostly reverberation throughout.
The sub melody that is heard throughout the buildup really helped give this track a boost in life and energy.
To add to this track was the inclusion of some general keys. It added an interesting sound to the track in this case, though it is obviously not a prominent part of the track necessarily.
Overall, this was a very good track. It’s not necessarily what I consider a great track, but it’s not that far off the mark (yeah, yeah, pun). It’s got mysterious choir’s, an intriguing melody, and a good overall flow throughout. Definitely a track worth listening to.
