When indexing sites close, the general idea is that they won’t come back.

It is a concept that has been proven many times – especially when the entertainment industry is on the move. However after a period of several months, TVNZB has made its return as promised.
When TVNZB was voluntarily shut down, administrator “Jon” claimed the MPAA’s legal maneuvering against NZB sites was part of the decision to sell the domain.
“We did not receive any lawsuit or notification, but, quite simply, it just wouldn’t be worth the trouble to move the server offshore we don’t have the resources to deal with any type of lawsuit,” Jon told Slyck.com back in February.
“It was fun while it lasted, but as many of your readers are no doubt aware; this is the nature of internet filesharing. It evolves and changes. I am accepting offers for the site, maybe someone else will want to pickup where I left off.”
Despite hopes of returning within a matter of a weeks, the TVNZB domain continued to have their services disabled from February 26 to May 20 – nearly 3 full months. While some webmasters spin off and create another site, the TVNZB website remained under construction in the hands of the new owner for an unusually long period of time.
Whatever other rumours that floated around as a result of the long departure, the website is now back under new management. NZB files started to trickle in since the re-opening, but many sections remain under construction. The website itself appears to be what users have been accustomed to.
With many users switching to other NZB indexing and search websites, it seems as though that TVNZB has it’s work cut out as it endeavors to bring back it’s usual user base.
